Student Organization Resource Guide 23-24
The survey will take approximately 13 minutes to complete. Application for Establishment must be completed and reviewed by the Student Engagement Staff. A faculty/staff advisor to the organization must be selected. Engagement will assist in all aspects of new organization procedure. Review the Guidelines for Organizations per our Student Organization Manual.
Application for Establishment Form
For all Student Organizations: Please submit this form at least a month prior to your (event, activity, meeting, fundraiser, or community service) occurrence on or off campus requires submission of an event request form to the Student Engagement Office for review and approval before the activity can take place. The Student Engagement Office is available to assist organizations with planning events held on campus.
Event Request Form
Every spring semester Goldey-Beacom chartered and sanctioned student organizations must submit to the Student Engagement Staff current and accurate information concerning their officers and advisors. Failure to provide this information by the due date will result in the loss of chartered/sanctioned status at Goldey-Beacom College.
In addition to completing this form, your organization must include a copy of your organizations Constitution or Bylaws to complete the renewal process for the 2024-2025 academic year.
