Public Transit
Amtrak trains operate nationwide and the East Coast network, which runs between Florida to New England, includes a stop in Wilmington. Greyhound and Peter Pan buses from Baltimore, Philadelphia, Washington, D.C., New York City, and numerous other cities travel to Wilmington.
The buses arrive in front of the Wilmington train station. From the Wilmington train station, it is a 35-minute ride to the College via the Rt18-R1 (dartfirststate.com) bus. Buses run at frequent intervals.
Various shuttle and taxi services also provide transportation in the Wilmington area. Additionally, regional rail service (SEPTA) is available to Wilmington on the Wilmington/Newark Line.
Flying & Shuttles
Philadelphia International Airport, about 50 minutes North of the College, and Baltimore/Washington International Airport, just over one hour South of the College, are the two closest and most convenient international airports.
If you are driving to the College from any of the airports, follow our directions for travel by car. Otherwise, ground transportation to and from the College is provided by various airport shuttle services.

If you are arriving by air, you can use one of several airport shuttle services to get to the College, including Delaware Express Shuttle and Super Shuttle.
If you plan to arrive in Wilmington by bus or train, you can either take the Rt18-R1 (dartfirststate.com) bus to the College or contact one of Wilmington’s taxi services, like City Cab of Delaware.
