The Master’s in Human Resource Management degree program is designed to equip students with advanced knowledge, skills, and practical experience to succeed in leadership roles within the field of human resources. Courses focus on strategic HR management, leadership, organizational development, as well as specialized areas within human resources, designed to provide students with breadth and depth across the HR field. Curriculum is strategically aligned with the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and culminates with a capstone course that prepares students for the SHRM certification exam.

Upon successful completion of the Master of Science in Human Resource Management, students will:

  • demonstrate the skills needed to become HR managers, directors, consultants, or specialists.
