Wilmington, DE – Goldey-Beacom College (GBC) President Colleen Perry Keith was featured in the publication Invest: Philadelphia 2022. Dr. Keith joined several hundred attendees on Wednesday, October 12, at the Philadelphia Marriott Downtown for the official Launch Conference hosted by media platform Capital Analytics.
“It was an honor for me to be included in Invest: Philadelphia 2022 as part of the greater Philadelphia area,” said Dr. Keith. She continued, “As demonstrated by GBC’s large international student population, it’s important to recognize that regional, state and country lines are non-existent in today’s economy. GBC is poised to respond to workforce needs with new degree and certificate programs, which we feel will address some of the issues discussed at Invest: Philadelphia 2022.”
Following a keynote address by Anne Nadol, commerce director for the city of Philadelphia,
Dr. Keith and other GBC attendees listened to three panel discussions with business and industry experts who addressed the challenges of the current economy and workforce.
