Wilmington, DE – Goldey-Beacom College (GBC) is pleased to announce the recent appointment of Erika L. Jorgensen as a new member of its Board of Trustees.
“Education has always played an important role in my life, and I was really excited about the opportunity to join the board of trustees at GBC,” said Jorgensen. She continued, “The higher education landscape is changing, and I hope to be able to add some business and leadership experience to the already esteemed board in order to keep GBC relevant and focused on what students need in order to be successful after graduation.”
Jorgensen is a managing director at JPMorgan Chase where she has grown her career for the past 18 years. She is also a Certified Administrative Official for USA Swimming and volunteers many weekends in support of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Delaware swim program.
