Brittany is originally from Wilmington, Delaware, and received her BS in Human Services from the University of Delaware. She then earned a M.Ed. in School Counseling from Wilmington University. She’s worked in the Admissions Office for 12 years and loves helping students and families navigate the admissions process. Outside of GBC, Brittany enjoys going to the beach, shopping, and spending time with her two boys. Contact Brittany
Valarie is originally from South Jersey and graduated with a BS in Business with a concentration in Sports Management, and an MBA with a concentration in Marketing Management from Goldey-Beacom College. When Valarie is not on campus, she enjoys working out, watching the New York Giants, and being on the beach. Contact Valarie
Annie was born and raised in Wilmington, Delaware and is a Goldey-Beacom Alumni. She received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Legal Studies. She plans to continue on and receive a master’s degree as well. Helping people continue their education and pursue their dreams is Annie’s favorite part of working in Admissions. Jaylin was born and raised in Dover, Delaware and received her BA in Art History with double minors in Africana Studies and Museum Studies from the University of Delaware. She is currently pursuing her master’s degree in human relations through the University of Oklahoma. She is excited to help students achieve their academic goals and wants to make a positive impact in their lives by fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment. Renee is originally from Newark, Delaware, and attended Goldey-Beacom College in 1984 but graduated from Delaware Technical Community College with a Dental Assisting Degree. She went on to work for The Bank of New York as an Officer/Assistant Treasure. She moved on to open her own business, a coffee house in downtown Newark, near the University of Delaware, she loves to cook, and she loves coffee!! She returned to Goldey Beacom College and became the manager of the Café for 7 years and then moved to the Admissions Team and has been there for 4 years. She loves working with students and thinks they “keep you young.” She lives in Pike Creek with her husband of 35 years, and she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and riding their Harley Davidson. Hannah was born and raised in Wilmington, Delaware and received her BA in English and Anthropology from St. Lawrence University. She then earned her MBA at Goldey-Beacom College before achieving her MFA in Creative Writing from Arcadia University. Hannah is an avid reader and fiction writer and is pursuing her passions in the classroom as an adjunct instructor. She loves serving the community’s international student population and is eager to connect with prospective and current students to assist them with navigating the unique challenges of being an international student in the United States. Evgeniya is originally from Bulgaria. Prior to being an international student specialist, Evgeniya worked in the Finance and Accounting field for 15 years. She loves working with international students and talking about their future plans. Outside of Goldey, she enjoys spending time and traveling with her 2 kids and husband. Contact Evgeniya
Randle is originally from Mississippi and earned his BFA in Photography from Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, NY. For the past 14 years he has been working in higher ed. The youngest of five and the first of his family to go to college, Randle is committed to providing equitable access to an affordable, quality education. Outside of GBC, Randle enjoys making kilts, hanging out with his dog Barbara, and bakes the best chocolate chip cookies you’ll ever have. Contact Randle
Every application is reviewed individually to determine strengths and potential for academic and career success. The admission evaluation considers a number of factors including cumulative grade point average, test scores, and class rank, but recent academic improvement, life challenges, and strong motivation are also considered.
* We encourage all applicants to submit SAT/ACT scores when they are able. SAT ACT scores may help increase your merit scholarship award, but students who choose to not submit scores are evaluated for scholarship based on high school GPA.
