Introduction
Goldey-Beacom is committed to providing an affordable, quality education - but, like you, we find our expenses increasing. The ongoing financial support of our alumni and friends enables us to maintain this proud tradition. Your gifts make the difference. The benefits of giving are varied and many. Some remember with gratitude their own experience here - and hope to pass on a similar opportunity to a deserving student. Others hope to perpetuate important beliefs and values, or to promote quality private business education. Still others wish to give to warmly honor or remember someone special. Thoughtful giving can also result in tax-savings or reduction in estate taxes. Tax Exempt Status of the College Goldey-Beacom College meets the requirements of the Internal Revenue Service to qualify as a 501(c)(3) or tax-exempt organization. Many companies will match gifts to an educational institution made by their employees, retirees, or their family members. A matching gift from your employer can double, or even triple, your gift to Goldey-Beacom College. When considering your gift, contact your human resources department. If you still have questions, do not hesitate to contact us at (302) 225-6273. Also check with your spouse’s employer - often they will also match your gift. They will provide a brief form to send with your gift. Once a College representative signs and returns the form, the company will send the matching gift directly to the College.
