Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).

Goldey-Beacom College’s school

Students can receive information
about the College’s on-campus
housing availability for the
2013-14 academic year from the
Admissions Office.

Dependent
and Independent students who are selected for
FAFSA data verification must
provide the
original 2012 Federal IRS Form
4506-T-EZ to the
Financial Aid Office.
Contact the IRS at
www.irs.gov to request the
Form 4506-T-EZ transcript(s). Students will
be notified by the Financial Aid Office if other
documentation is required.
Should your family have special
circumstances that might affect
your financial situation (such
as loss of employment), please
communicate that information to
the Goldey-Beacom College
Financial Aid Office.

Newly
admitted students who file an
electronic FAFSA and submit all
requested financial aid
documents no later than March 1
will receive financial aid
awards by April 30th.

May |
A $100 acceptance
deposit is required by May 1 to
reserve a seat in the freshman
class. This acceptance deposit,
which is credited towards your
first semester’s tuition
payment, is refundable until May
1.
To pay your acceptance deposit,
please go to
www.gbc.edu and click on the
Campus Web link located in the
upper right hand corner of the
home page. Log-in to Campus Web
using your temporary username
and password sent to you in an
email from GBC. Click on the
Candidate Tab at the top of the
page, then click on My Account
Balances, then click on Make a
Payment and complete the steps
provided.

GBC
Admissions Representatives will
invite undergraduate students who have paid
their acceptance deposit to come
to campus and prepare a Fall
2013 course schedule.

Applicants
who wish to be considered for
GBC-funded, need-based financial
aid must have a completed
2013-2014 FAFSA on file in the
Financial Aid Office no later
than July 15, 2013. |

Final
financial aid award packages
must be accepted by visiting the
College’s online financial aid
portal. |
